A 16 year partnership with one of London's biggest law firms

Norton Rose Fulbright is Waterloo Sports and Football Club’s main sponsor since 2010, administrated by The London Community Foundation. Norton Rose Fulbright are a global law firm, with its London Headquarters based in the borough of Southwark, providing a full scope of legal services to the world’s preeminent corporations and financial institutions. The global law firm has more than 3,000 lawyers advising clients across more than 50 locations worldwide and is Top 10 in the Chambers Global 2026 rankings for total practice rankings and lawyer rankings.

The Norton Rose Fulbright Fund has been set up to support selected local organisations serving the communities of Southwark and has made tremendous contributions to Waterloo’s work by funding over 10 projects in the past 16 years such as our teams programmes, weekly football programmes and holiday sports camps, supplying the Club with Kits, Equipment, Facilities and much more.

In 2025 Norton Rose added value to our ‘Waterloo United’ project that engaged 72 young people, helping to build school club-links, increase community cohesion and increase participants health and wellbeing. One young participant from the project said “Waterloo fc sessions are an amazing asset to the Southwark community. Me personally, without Waterloo fc sessions I probably wouldn’t be the player nor person I am today.” - Frankie

They continue to support WSFC in many forms including; pro-bono support, work experience for participants, hosting presentations and football tournaments at their headquarters in More London, which has been invaluable to Waterloo Sports and Football Club.

Norton Rose has been an integral partner, supporting WSFC’s Mission, Vision and Purpose of creating a world where every young person has a sporting chance without price, postcode or circumstance being a barrier.

Their sponsorship has been key in creating opportunities for young people from low income families, underserved communities, single parent households to access quality sport and mentorship locally, free of charge, which has lead to young people such as Ademola Lookman unlocking their potential.

A special thank you to Patrick Farrell - Head of Norton Rose Fulbright Foundation.
