Janet Packer

Janet Packer has been a valued and respected member of the Waterloo Sports and Football Club family since 2003, serving as our Company Director.

With over 30 years of experience in education, including roles as a Teacher, Headteacher, Advisor, and Inspector, Janet brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong foundation in working with children and young people.

Her passion for the club is evident in her unwavering advocacy for its benefits, and she continues to inspire and influence others with her vision and leadership. Janet is particularly proud of the club’s commitment to fostering both the sporting potential and the personal and social development of young people.

Through her leadership, she has helped shape an environment where young athletes are encouraged to excel not only in sport but also in life.
