Oliver Reynolds
Head of Programmes
For over 15 years, Oliver has been a leader in the Waterloo community, using sport as a vehicle for social change. His journey began in 2003 through one of the club’s first StreetGames projects, sparking a lifelong commitment to community-led progress that remains his primary focus today.
In his early career, Oliver captained the club’s first youth team to an unprecedented four-year unbeaten streak, encompassing 149 consecutive victories and over 15 trophies. While the on-pitch success was record-breaking, he viewed the definitive achievement as the brotherhood, resilience, and culture of excellence built within the community. This dedication to high standards extended into his own playing career, competing semi-professionally for Guildford City FC and Redhill FC.
Driven to scale these opportunities for others, Oliver has navigated a diverse career across the educational and social sectors, serving as a Youth Mentor at Plan B PRU, a P.E. teacher at Oasis Academy South Bank, and a BTEC Sport SEN Tutor at London Nautical Sixth Form. Throughout these professional roles, he remained a lead volunteer for the club, spearheading estate-based projects and coaching our competitive youth teams for over a decade.
His reputation for architecting high-performing environments led to his recruitment as a founding member of Peloton Studios London. There, he played a pivotal role in the studio’s global launch, implementing core operational systems, supporting instructors and members, and delivering over 80 training sessions to synchronise elite coaching with technical broadcast production.
By combining his unique experience across grassroots and global stages, Oliver now leads our efforts to scale impact, ensuring every young person we reach is equipped with the tools to succeed.
