Peter Augustine

Peter Augustine is a highly experienced UEFA A Licence coach and currently serves as an FA Coach Development Officer, supporting the next generation of coaches across the grassroots and elite game. With a career spanning numerous roles in both boys’ and girls’ football, Peter has made a lasting impact at every level.

He has coached and led at a variety of non-league clubs from Step 1 to Step 6, and held key leadership positions including Centre Manager at Chelsea FC Girls' Centre of Excellence and Technical Director at the Middlesex Girls’ Centre of Excellence.

Peter has also served as Head of 16–19yrs Football at Hampton & Richmond Borough FC, and brought his expertise to elite educational settings such as Eton College and Charterhouse School.

This is just a snapshot of a rich coaching journey shaped by dedication, versatility, and a commitment to developing both players and coaches at all stages of the game.

Peter continues to support Waterloo FC as a coach educator, delivering coaching courses that give participants the opportunity to gain qualifications, build confidence, and follow their dreams of becoming coaches.
